1. Who we are

The controller of the personal data processed through this website is Limitless Manpower S.R.L., tax ID (CUI) 49427463, trade registry no. J2024000890403, with its contact address at Calea Moșilor nr. 158, Bucharest, Romania.

This website also presents other divisions of Limitless Holding Group (construction, cleaning). Data submitted through the contact form and the free-guide form (guide.limitless-hg.com) is processed by Limitless Manpower S.R.L.

2. What data we collect and why

Contact form. When you request a quote or a call, you send us your name, company name (optional), phone number, email address, field of activity, the number of people you need (if you fill it in) and your message. We also keep the page you submitted the form from and the date of submission. Your name, phone number and email address are required so that we can reply; if you do not provide them, we cannot process your request. The other fields are optional.

We use this data to reply to you, prepare a quote and hold the discussions that precede a contract. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and, for keeping the correspondence, our legitimate interest in managing the requests we receive (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Free guide. To receive the guide from guide.limitless-hg.com you send us your name and phone number and tick the consent box. We use this data to provide the guide and to contact you by phone with relevant offers. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time by writing to the email address above. Your name and phone number are required to receive the guide; without them the form cannot be submitted.

Technical data. As with any website, our hosting servers may temporarily process your IP address and browser information in order to deliver the page and protect it against abuse. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in keeping the website working and secure.

Measurement and advertising (only with your consent). If you click “Accept all” in the cookie banner, we activate measurement and advertising tools: the TikTok pixel and Google tags (Google Ads and Google Analytics). They show us how visitors reach the site, which ads work and how many forms are submitted, and let us show relevant ads, including to people who have visited our website (remarketing). These tools use cookies and online identifiers and may receive your IP address, device and browser data, the pages you visit and your actions on the site. When you submit the form, your email address and phone number are converted in your browser into an encrypted code (SHA-256 hash), and this code, together with your IP address and browser data, may be sent to TikTok and, if we use that feature, to Google, to measure our campaigns. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and Art. 4 of Romanian Law no. 506/2004). If you choose “Essential only”, we do not activate these tools and do not send this data.

We do not use your data for automated decisions and we do not sell it.

3. Cookies and local storage

Essential: the website stores your cookie-banner choice in your browser (in the browser's local storage, under the name “cookie_consent”). It is needed so that we do not show you the banner on every visit.

Analytics, measurement and advertising: the TikTok pixel and Google tags (Google Ads, Google Analytics), active only if you chose “Accept all”. TikTok and Google may set their own cookies, according to their policies.

You can change your choice at any time by clicking the “Cookies” link in the page footer or by clearing the site data in your browser settings.

4. Who we share data with

We use providers that process data on our behalf, under contracts or their own data processing terms:

• Google (Google Workspace, Google Sheets, Apps Script): storing and receiving the requests sent through the forms, and the company email. Also Google Ads and Google Analytics, only if you accepted measurement and advertising cookies. Details: Google Privacy Policy.

• Cloudflare: website hosting, content delivery network and protection against abuse.

• Netlify: hosting of the free-guide page (guide.limitless-hg.com).

• TikTok (pixel and events API): only if you accepted measurement and advertising cookies, as described above. For data that TikTok and Google process for their own purposes, their privacy policies apply.

Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. In such cases the transfer relies on the safeguards provided by the GDPR, such as standard contractual clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, where the provider is certified.

We may also disclose data to authorities where the law requires it.

5. How long we keep data

We keep the requests received through the form for as long as needed to reply to you and to hold discussions about a collaboration. If no collaboration follows, we delete them within 24 months of the last contact. If a contract is concluded, we keep the data for the applicable legal periods (for example accounting and tax requirements).

We keep the free-guide form data for as long as your consent is valid and, if you do not withdraw it, for up to 24 months from the last contact.

Your cookie-banner choice stays in your browser until you delete or change it.

6. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. Where processing is based on consent, you can withdraw it at any time, without affecting the processing carried out before.

To exercise your rights, write to us at office@limitless-hg.com. We reply within one month at most.

If you believe we have infringed your rights, you can lodge a complaint with the Romanian National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing (ANSPDCP), www.dataprotection.ro.
